Wallan Group was founded in 1975, later to become one of the leading family businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab world.
Wallan Trading became the first distributor for Hyundai in the Kingdom
Under the new name, Wallan Trading embarked on a journey of diversifying its portfolio. One such venture was to become the first Hyundai distributor in the Kingdom.
Wallan Aviation was established as a company
Wallan entered the Aviation sector, specialising in sales, services, chartering jets and pilot training.
Wallan Trading became the Kingdom’s Distributor of the Year for Hyundai
Wallan Trading added a feather to its cap by becoming Hyundai’s Distributor of the year.
Wallan Rent a Car was established as a company
Wallan entered the car rental market with a modern and well-maintained fleet, catering to the transport needs of its customers in major cities across the Kingdom.

Riding on the success of its automobile business, Wallan Trading became the sole Distributor of Geely vehicles in the Kingdom.
Wallan Trading became the official distributor for Renault in Saudi Arabia
Wallan Trading proudly established a partnership with Renault, a global brand that ranks among the top ten in the Kingdom.
Wallan Trading became the official distributor for Zeekr and Lotus in the nation
The coveted partnership with Lotus and Zeekr is set to equip Wallan Trading with high performance EV and Sports vehicles.

Sole Proprietorship to New Heights
Wallan Establishment was founded in 1970 by Captain Saad Wallan. We started as a sole proprietorship dealing in vehicle trade, with a strong desire to reach new heights in the market.
Trading To Diversification
With hard work, dedication and the growth of the company came expansion. We became known as Wallan Trading Company, a Joint Stock Limited Liability Company that would later diversify into various sectors.
By 1975, the company had transformed into Wallan Group. Taking advantage of the oil boom in the 1970s and 1980s, we contracted oil and water tankers for large companies as a Logistics partner.
Diverse Ventures and Expansion
Since then, we have grown into our current name of Wallan Holding, and have expanded into the areas of Aviation, Car Rental, Investing, Real Estate and Marketing Strategy.
